We’re so excited to introduce you to one of our fabulous Duncan Mill members – meet Otelio Jochico!
About a year ago, Otelio booked a tour as he was looking for a private office to get out of the house and expand his business. And expand he did! Otelio founded CareOnDemand and currently sits as the CEO. He’s added several more employees and his company has also branched out to service different areas.
What do you do?
I am a nurse, activation gerontologist, entrepreneur, and a businessman. I also call myself a healthcare innovator and an enabler.
What inspires you at work?
I am inspired by the fact that we were able to put together a working alternative solution to home and community care using a combination of vision, good leadership, quality of work and technology.
